Lecture: "Shinjuku Gyoen Digital Map: Comparing the Meiji 11th year "Agricultural Promotion Bureau Experimental Station" map with the present"

As part of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and Technology's 150th anniversary project, we created a "digital map of the Agricultural Promotion Bureau experimental station" by walking through old maps in Shinjuku Gyoen. The Agricultural Promotion Bureau experimental station, the predecessor of Shinjuku Gyoen and the roots of our university, had a silkworm room, an egg hatchery, a museum, rice fields, orchards, and many other facilities, and was the birthplace of modern agricultural science. In this article, we will compare the present and the past with slides.
